Venkateswara Rao Davuluri
Co-founder
Mr.D.Venkateswara Rao , completed MBA in marketing and HR from Andhra University. He has 18 years of experience in Finance , Consulting ,Rural development and Insurance industries.
DVR is specialized in the areas of Sales, Credit assessment, Product development and Process design. During his stint with Sub-K impact solutions Ltd., He was part of the leadership team leading Strategy, Sales & Collections.
Raghu Sheru
Co-founder (Head- sales and collections)
Mr.Raghu Sheru has accomplished his masters in business administration from Kakatiya university . He has versatile experience of 14 years ranging from Micro credit, Micro insurance, payments to MSME lending. Raghu has been instrumental in handling large teams.
During his association with Sub-K, Raghu was instrumental in establishing large agent network across South India.
Sumathi Gokaraju
Co-founder (Head-Operations and data analytics)
Mrs.Sumathi has over 18+ years of comprehensive experience of fintech, media, and insurance sectors. After completing her MBA from Sikkim Manipal university she spent her coming years gaining expertise in backend operations, audit and risk management, data analytics and MIS domains. In her last stint with SubK she was instrumental in building Operational MIS and Business intelligence vertical.
Jayasri Puli
Co-founder (Head- HR and finance)
Having completed her masters in commerce as well as HR from Andhra University. Mrs.Jayasri has worked in HR leadership roles of BPO, hospitality, and real estate sector. She has gained expertise in building online marketing, sales distribution channel using new age social media technologies.
Sri Pavani D
Co-founder
Mrs.Pavani holds her masters in computer applications from Andhra university. She has been a seasoned entrepreneur in capital markets since 2004. her expertise lies in managing sizable portfolios in equity and derivatives market.
